From your Dashboard, you create and link your child's account, track their progress and the subjects they're working on, set up personalized rewards, manage your subscription, and receive notifications (lesson completed, reward claimed...). Your child has their own separate space too.
Is my data and my child's data protected?+
Yes. Passwords are encrypted, sessions are secure, and your child's information is never shared or sold to third parties. It's only used to personalize their learning experience on Twinko.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes, with one click from your Subscription space. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account automatically switches back to the free Discovery plan — no commitment, no hidden fees.
From what age can my child use Twinko?+
Twinko is designed for children ages 6 to 16, with vocabulary and pacing suited to each age. Prof Twinko adjusts its explanations based on the level set in the child's profile.
Can I try Twinko before subscribing?+
Yes, the free Discovery plan lets you try the 3D classroom with Prof Twinko (with limited daily time). You can also try a demo directly from this page, no account needed.
What devices does Twinko work on?+
Twinko runs right in the browser, on computer, tablet, or phone — no installation needed. For the best experience with the 3D classroom, a recent computer or tablet is recommended.
